Aled Evans is the founder and director of Ubique Legal Limited, bringing a wealth of experience and leadership to the firm. Admitted as a solicitor in 2011, Aled has worked in the legal sector since 2009, honing his expertise in both private practice and in-house roles. His legal career is complemented by his background as a former Major in the British Army, where he developed a strong foundation in discipline, strategic thinking, and leadership.

Since establishing Ubique Legal in 2021, Aled has overseen the firm’s growth and direction, ensuring the team delivers trusted, specialist legal services in property litigation and property related transactions. Aled is dedicated to maintaining a client-focused, high-standard approach, grounded in his values of integrity, precision, and personalised service. His wide-ranging experience and dedication make him a respected advisor.

Sunil Shingadia joined Ubique as a Director in November 2024, bringing a wealth of expertise in Real Estate, Commercial Property, and Property Litigation. Previously, Sunil provided specialist consultancy to the firm, delivering strategic legal advice to both businesses and individuals.

Sunil’s career path has been shaped by experience in prominent international firms, where he handled cases for well-known clients. He began his legal journey at a well regarded Birmingham law firm as a Litigation Paralegal, gaining hands-on experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters. In 2013, Sunil expanded his expertise by joining a well known international bank as an in-house Paralegal. There, he supported the General Counsel, focusing on banking and consumer law. Sunil later moved back to private practice, where he refined his skills and built a substantial client base, under the mentorship of senior leaders.

As a qualified solicitor, Sunil brings extensive experience in Commercial Litigation, Commercial Property/Real Estate, Landlord and Tenant Disputes, and Dispute Resolution. Outside of work, Sunil enjoys reading, staying active at the gym, and engaging in various sports. His dedication to clients and breadth of knowledge make him a vital leader and resource at Ubique Legal.

Georgina Dudman is a dedicated property litigation solicitor at Ubique Legal Limited, bringing over five years of experience in navigating complex legal issues involving landlords, tenants, developers, and contractors. Her journey into law began as a legal secretary, followed by a paralegal role, ultimately qualifying as a solicitor after successfully completing the SQE2 exam.

Georgina’s background in writing, communication, customer service, and office administration has equipped her with a unique skill set that enhances her ability to manage client needs effectively and resolve disputes efficiently. She is passionate about teamwork and innovation and takes pride in delivering high-quality, personalised legal services tailored to each client’s situation.

Georgina is committed to ensuring client satisfaction and aims to be a trusted, specialist advisor in property litigation.

Arifa is a dual-qualified solicitor in both England and India. She specialises in residential conveyancing and is also expanding her practice into commercial property. With a varied background that includes immigration and strong experience in property litigation, Arifa brings a pragmatic and well-rounded approach to her work. Fluent in Hindi and Urdu, she is able to assist a wide range of clients and is recognised for her approachable manner and client-focused solutions.

Outside of work, Arifa is a keen runner and fitness enthusiast, often found in the gym or exploring outdoor trails. Her energy and dedication extend beyond her sporting interests into her professional life, where she consistently builds strong client relationships and delivers advice with care and confidence.

Ella Deaves is a valued Legal and Office Assistant at Ubique Legal Limited, having been with the firm since December 2021. Ella plays an essential role in supporting the team with day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless office management, and assisting with various legal tasks to keep everything running smoothly. Her commitment to efficiency and attention to detail help uphold Ubique Legal’s high standards, enabling the team to focus on delivering trusted, specialist services to clients. Ella’s dedication and organisational skills make her a key part of the Ubique team.

Pippa joined Ubique Legal in March 2025 as a Legal Secretary, bringing with her over twenty five years of dedicated experience supporting solicitors in residential and commercial property matters. Her calm efficiency, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills make her a vital part of our conveyancing team.

Prior to joining Ubique Legal, Pippa worked in several well-established law firms across the West Midlands in both legal secretary and legal assistant roles. Her experience spans all aspects of administrative and client support, including drafting legal documents, handling file openings and closings, and liaising with clients, agents, and third parties to keep transactions moving smoothly.

At Ubique Legal, Pippa is known for her friendly and professional approach. She plays an integral role in ensuring our clients receive clear, timely communication and dependable support throughout their property transactions.

Sophie joined Ubique Legal Limited in July 2025 and brings over a decade of experience in the legal sector. She began her legal career in 2011 as an Office Junior and quickly progressed to become a Legal Secretary specialising in Residential Conveyancing.

After several years supporting conveyancers and solicitors, Sophie took a year out to travel before returning to the legal profession in 2019. She worked within Private Client services before ultimately returning to her passion—residential property. Now back in Conveyancing, Sophie has taken on a dual role at Ubique Legal as both a Legal Secretary and a Trainee Conveyancer.

Sophie’s calm, client-focused approach and in-depth administrative knowledge make her an invaluable member of our team. She is currently expanding her practical experience in conveyancing with a view to qualifying in the field.

Mike Turner is a seasoned Business Development and Litigation Consultant at Ubique Legal Limited, bringing over 40 years of experience in the finance, insurance and legal sectors. Throughout his career, Mike has developed a strong foundation in business development and client relations, with a focus over the last decade on property litigation. His expertise lies in supporting landlords with a range of legal challenges, providing practical and strategic guidance to navigate complex issues.
